Currently I am exploring the possibilities of saturated colored glazes on both functional and non-functional pottery. I’m interested in how complex decoration activates simple forms and how monochromatic surfaces enhance complex forms.
I hold both BFA and MFA degrees and taught at the University of Kansas, University of Northern Colorado, and recently retired from North Idaho College.
