Darlene Pfahl moved to Sandpoint from Seattle in 2000. She has done watercolor painting, fashion knitting, silk flower arranging and made artificial trees. She recently discovered the enthralling world of beads.

She painstakingly handstiches tiny, seedbeads, one-at-a-time, into unique and striking beadwoven jewelry. The designs and color combinations are distinctive and beautiful. Darlene displays her pieces at Artists’ Studio Gallery, Schweitzer Ski Resort and Artworks Gallery, Sandpoint. She creates the pieces in the Sandpoint home she shares with her husband, Herm. Darlene would be happy to make you custom jewelry to accent your favorite outfits. Beadweaving classes are available. Please call 208.255.2243.
