SUSAN DALBY

A Sandpoint native, Susan works in stained and beveled glass, and watercolors. Her paintings have previously earned her several one-woman shows in the U.S. and Mexico, as well as the Festival at Sandpoint’s 2009 poster artist. She was also poster artist for the first seven years of Sandpoint's Wooden Boat Festival. She has participated in many group shows sponsored by POAC, including Art Walks, with both watercolors and glass. Her colorful and detailed paintings are inspired by the beauty of nature, from wintry scenes to sun-splashed sand, pines to palm trees, beaches and those who inhabit them. Susan is an enthusiastic gardener and enjoys white-water rafting.
