Billups has been in the fine art field for 35+ years. Her oils are described as impressionistic. She is a member of P.A.P.A.; most of her work is en plein air. She accepts commissions (also for figurative) for home/office and offers art on a rental basis. There are 40+ pieces displayed at Sandpoint City Hall through August 2007.
